Erie Winter Carnival Will be 3-Day Music and Ice Sculpting Festival

The Erie Downtown Partnership is working with a regional group of ice sculpting professionals to bring a new marquee event to Downtown Erie in late February. The Erie Winter Carnival, based on similar winter events in several other communities, will run from February 24-26 in Perry Square. Over 40 interactive ice art sculptures will line the walkways of Perry Square and the stage will light up with musical guests and dance performances. The Erie Downtown Partnership will hold a media event at Perry Square on Thursday, January 27th at 11:00 AM to announce the entertainment and details for the upcoming festival.
