The Erie Downtown Partnership now offers a digital gift card program for a convenient way to manage your Downtown Gift Card balance to spend at multiple locations
Click the link below for a list of the 25+ small businesses in Erie’s downtown district accepting the digital gift card. And keep an eye out as more of your favorite businesses join the program!
Digital gift cards can be purchased online through a collaboration with Yiftee, a leader in digital community gift card programs. Digital gift cards are emailed to the recipient, and customers can customize a message for them. To use it, you simply pull up the emailed gift card on your phone, or print it out, and present it to the business of your choosing at checkout.

Paper Gift Certificates:
The digital gift card program will replace the paper gift certificate program. Anyone holding the former paper gift certificate can still redeem it, but paper gift certificates are no longer sold.
Will a business accept my paper gift certificate?
While we switched to the digital gift card platform, we still honor the paper gift certificates if businesses choose to accept them. Please note, however, that the above link of businesses participating in the program is the most up to date. Some of the businesses listed on your paper gift certificate may no longer accept the old vouchers—whether by preference or unfamiliarity if they are a new employee. It would be best to call a business in advance if you would like to check that they accept paper gift certificates.
