Erie African Arts Gallery invites the community to ring in 2025 with Kigoma: NYE Night of Culture and Arts, a dynamic celebration of African and multicultural identity, on Tuesday, December 31, 2024. This special New Year’s Eve event will take place from 5:30 PM to 11:30 PM at the gallery’s location on 1301 State St., Erie, PA 16501.
The evening promises a joyous fusion of African artistry, food, music, and dance alongside opportunities to connect with Erie's thriving multicultural community. Attendees will enjoy:
- Delicious African cuisine featuring traditional dishes.
- Live performances, including an African dance showcase and music.
- A stunning fashion show spotlighting African-inspired designs.
- Vendors from local African businesses, offering unique products and gifts.
This is more than just a party—it’s a celebration of life, culture, and Erie's growing multicultural identity. True to the gallery’s mission of community building through the arts, the event aims to foster communal connections and cultural appreciation in a festive downtown atmosphere.
